I spent years as a working mom decorating for every single holiday — and I mean every one. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, the Fourth of July — if there was a season to mark, I marked it. Fully. Joyfully. With everything I had.
But somewhere along the way, I started noticing something. The options available for someone who wanted to celebrate intentionally; beautifully, but without the noise, simply didn't exist. Everything was loud. Everything was plastic. Everything was made to be thrown away and replaced next year.
I was entering a softer era. I still wanted to honor every season, every holiday, every reason to make a home feel alive. I just wanted to do it with purpose.
Mack & Moon was born from that exact space.
