Our Policy
We want you to love every piece from Mack & Moon. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@mackandmoon.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right immediately.
